Wawrzyniec CHOIŃSKI…

Naturalization Record

Wawrzyniec CHOIŃSKI is my gg-granduncle … the half-uncle of my great-grandmother, Anna OLSZTA. He was born in Rokitnica, Poland in 1848.
Wawrzyniec is Polish for ‘Lawrence’.
He arrived in the U.S. in 1887 and was made a U.S. citizen in 1893. The 1900 U.S. Census for Cleveland, Ohio says he was widowed. A 1900 Ellis Island passenger manifest for Anna’s brother, Jacob OLSZTA, says that he and his pregnant wife, Josefa (who might actually be my great-grandmother Anna), were traveling to Cleveland, Ohio to visit his uncle Waw. CHO?????.
Who was Wawrzyniec’s wife? When and where did he marry? Did he have any children?
Could the Aniela KOSINSKA (who is mentioned on the manifest of Anton OLSZTA) actually be Aniela KOINSKA … Wawrzyniec’s daughter or granddaughter?
He disappears after appearing in the 1906 Cleveland City Directory. What was his fate?. Did he return to Poland and die there? Or did he die in Cleveland? There is no death certificate (that I can find) for him after 1908.
